A Technical Support Engineer and cloud security professional with background in Computer Science and over 6 years of experience in SaaS Technical Support. My journey began in technical support, where I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting, automation, and compliance. I was later promoted to Technical Lead, earning recognition from Microsoft and Tek-Knowledge as one of the top-performing leads in SharePoint Online support.

My background in customer-facing roles has sharpened my active listening, problem-solving, and collaboration skills—qualities that I bring into every project. I am passionate about cloud computing and its potential to transform industries, especially in national security and agriculture, where secure and scalable solutions are critical. I am also currently expanding my expertise through AWS cloud computing at ALX Africa.
